What information we collect

We collect personal data across several categories depending on how you interact with the site. At registration we collect your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. During identity verification we collect copies of government-issued photo ID, proof of address documents, and where required, copies of payment instruments used on the account. We also collect gameplay data including deposit and withdrawal records, bet history, session times, and game selections. Device and network data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers, are recorded automatically when you access the site. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site functionality and analytics purposes.

How we use your information

We process your personal data to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and make gameplay available to you. We use identity and address data to meet our KYC and anti-money laundering obligations under our Anjouan licence, including age verification and transaction monitoring. Device and session data are used for security purposes and fraud prevention. Where you have opted in, we may use your contact details to send marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting support.

Who we share data with

We share personal data with licensed payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals, and with identity verification providers to carry out KYC checks. Data may be disclosed to the Anjouan licensing authority (licence ALSI-182407008-FI1) and to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where we are legally required to do so. As part of the Eventa Digital Limitada group, data may also be accessible to affiliated companies operating on the same shared infrastructure, subject to the same data-handling standards applied across the group.

Data retention

We retain account records, transaction data, and KYC documents for a minimum of five years following account closure, in line with anti-money laundering requirements applicable to our licence. Certain records may be kept for longer where an ongoing investigation, dispute, or legal obligation requires it. When the applicable retention period expires, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You have the following rights over the personal data we hold about you:

  • Access: you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure: you can request deletion of your data, subject to any retention obligations that apply.
  • Restriction: you can ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances.
  • Objection: you can object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.
  • Portability: you can request your data in a structured, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract.

If you are located in Australia, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au. For responsible-gambling support, visit gamblinghelponline.org.au. Players must be 18 or over.
